An individual who is subject to an adverse action will be notified of applicable appeal or grievance rights and procedures at the time the decision letter is issued.  The Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) established under 5 U.S.C. 1201 - 1209, decides the appeal process for covered individuals in accordance with published regulations.
