In accordance with 4 FAH-1 H-712, paragraph b, guidance indicating that the post and country names are defined in 4 FAH-1 H-430, updated the country names for paying office / reporting code 129 from Netherlands Antilles to Curacao, for 249 from the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia to Republic of North Macedonia, for 286 from Yugoslavia to Serbia, and for 509 from Swaziland to Eswatini, under section 4 FAH-1 H-713.

In accordance with 4 FAH-1 H-712, paragraph b, guidance indicating that the post and country names are defined in 4 FAH-1 H-430, updated the post name for paying office / reporting code 438 from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem under section 4 FAH-1 H-713.

Removed paying office / reporting codes 259, 260, 289, 290, 293, 404, 409, 412, 428, 452, 460, and 462 that were discontinued more than five years ago under section 4 FAH-1 H-713.

Removed former country names for Samoa and Cote d'Ivoire under section 4 FAH-1 H-713.

Added missing paying office / reporting code 569 for Seychelles under section 4 FAH-1 H-713.
